1- zillow is not always accurate their system that says and they're not accurate too
2- they don't have the most up-to-date information because they are not MLS multiple listing service which is the provider that most Realtors subscribe to
3- pre-foreclosure listings not always accurate
4- make me move listings are not always serious I'm sorry and Zillow it's helpful but it's always really good to
5- check with the real estate agent to double check that number uh just to make sure that you are getting the best information available at the current time
