This cell comprises two MOTOMAN robots from YASKAWA in a production cell for bespoke timber pallets. The 2 station positioner allows the operator to load the timber parts into a fixture at an optimum load angle, whilst the 2 station concept increases productivity since the operator load time is not part of the robot cycle. The system has been designed with quick change- over in mind and can be used to produce many different special size timber pallets.
