This is one of my most requested tutorials, so I went IN with the different methods you can use to get it. Remember, Tricking is 20% physical and 80% mental. So landing and controlling tricks depends on how you think about the trick and your past experiences with movement.

Everyone starts from a different place, so I try really hard to bring us all together through movement. There are many paths that lead to the same place.
