Mario Kart DS has four unlockable characters. Those being Daisy, Dry Bones, Waluigi, and R.O.B. These top secret characters can not be unlocked under normal circumstances and were either exclusive to multiplayer or Japan (Famicom R.O.B).

I intitally thought Green Shy Guy was the ONLY playable Shy Guy using an Action Replay but there are EVEN MORE!
