ODM wants the Samuel Chepkonga led Justice and Legal Affairs committee of the National Assembly to suspend it operation on electoral reforms forthwith. The opposition party claims the committee is being used the jubilee government to scuttle the operation of the negotiated joint committee of parliament. The party is warning that it will return to the street if the committee continues with its operations bent on sabotaging the works of the joint committee.
