Bandini is a 1963 Hindi Action, Drama starring Nutan, Ashok Kumar, Dharmendra & others. In pre-Independence India, Kalyani is serving life imprisonment in a prison for committing a murder. She was in love with a freedom fighter. When he doesn't return she moves to the city & starts working for an obnoxious woman who turns out to be her boyfriend's wife. Her father comes to the city looking for her, & dies in an accident. In a moment of rage, Kalyani poisons her employer & confesses to her crime.
