1 & 1/2 tablespoon or 21 grams butter
SPONGE CAKE
-WET ING
6 egg yolks room temperature
130 grams white sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt pwedeng wala, pwedeng meron. sa video ko di ko na linagyan
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoon water or milk
-DRY ING.
100 grams cake flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
-MERINGUE
6 egg whites room temperature
1 teaspoon cream of tartar or 1 teaspoon vinegar or lemon juice
BAKING: 180°C
BABA MUNA ANG INIT 25 to 30 mins
TAAS NAMAN PERO TRANSFER ANG RACK SA BABA 5 to 8 mins naman
