So here I go, on the home brew journey, finally. No expert as you can probably tell, so this video is more of a 'watch me have a go' than a 'here is how to do it' tutorial kind of video!

Stop press! Looks like I should of topped up to 23 litres, not add the 23 litres to the 3.5 litres already in there. Asked about for advice and a good home brewer said 'add 2lb melted brown sugar to the pot' so that's what I may do. Or maybe not. Either way, most say it's not a massive disaster. I'll be more careful next time!
