Today's video is a maintenance record, mainly showing how I repaired a cracked LCD for 1USD.
Already reached on working condition at least in a previous video, this time I'm going to try to make it work normally.
Current state
Malfunction ➡Reset to restore and solved.
Diopter adjustment knob broken
➡Saved by diopter correction ring
LCD cracked
Sensor full of dust
No battery cover
No shoulder strap
Firmware still out of date
The most important thing to fix is the cracks in the back LCD.
The cracks have gathered at the bottom, and there is a large horizontal, noticeable crack.
The lower right part in particular has become cloudy and white due to air contamination.
If Asking NIKON to repair LCD, the cost will be 283 USD. I'd like to repair it as much as I can by myself.
A large horizontal crack is noticeable. Also, the lower right part of the image
is honestly unreadable. Let's try to repair this as much as possible.
