I did a shiny race with my moderator Azure Shade and I won! It took almost 4 hours just to get ONE Lechonk outbreak on my map, but I finally found the outbreak and was able to secure the shiny Lechonk from it!

In case you're wondering how the Outbreak Method for shiny hunting works in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet I'll do a quick explanation: Knock out 60 Pokemon in a mass outbreak, then start resetting the spawns. You can reset the spawns by running far away from them like I did in this video, or by opening your Picnic set.
