there have 2 connection in positioner one is for valve one is XT (positioning Transmitter)
2 limit switch one give close another one open feedback One sov.
without energized SOV we can't operate valve both side like field and DCS first we need to energize SOV after that we can operate.
condition for operating this valve:-
0~100% opening time
100~ 0 % closing time
0-25-50-75& 100 up and down scale valve are not overshooting.
when DE-Energized the SOV The valve need to suddenly open 0.5 sec or approx.
there have 2 booster.
The valve applicable for Compressor...
If Compress have anything happening than that time the valve suddenly drain the process that's why the valve Assemble to compressor outline.
