In the world of barbells, selecting a good entry level bar is sometimes a difficult thing to navigate. In this video I cover the Tru Grit 45 lb Power Bar. Although I think that it meets almost none of the typical requirements to be labeled a power bar, that doesn't mean that it isn't a solid barbell.
