INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
Custard Milk Preparation:
3 Cup Milk
2 Tbsp Custard Powder
1/3 Cup Sugar
Let It Boil
Boil For 5 Min.
Cool Down Completely
Boil Some Water
¼ Cup Soaked Sago / Tapioca
Cook Until Transparent
Jello Preparation :
2 Cup Hot Water
1 Packet Strawberry Jello Powder
Mix Well
Pour In Mould
Add Food Color
Cool Down & Keep In Fridge For 30 Min.
1 Tbsp Sabja Seed
¼ Cup Water
Soak For 15 Min.
Cut Jello Into Pieces
Assembling :
Custard Milk
Sago / Tapioca
Sabja Seed
Jello
Keep In Fridge Before Serving
