Today's episode I'm joined by Michael E. Knight. While you may know Michael best as “Tad Martin” on All My Children or “Martin Gray” on General Hospital, he and I have been great friends for decades.

Today you’ll see us laugh… a lot! as we reminisce about our younger years on All My Children and trips that we’ve taken together, but we also get really deep. Michael tells me about his journeys with OCD and dysthymia. We talk about therapy and the ability to seek out help and medication when it’s needed.
