In this video, I am sharing you this all time favorite crepe batter recipe (palacinke recept) that I use all the time at home. Always a no fail recipe.
Also I am going to be sharing 2 ways how to fill it. So, make sure to watch until the end of the video.
Ingredients:
2 eggs (room temperature)
1 cup sifted flour (+ 2 tbsp more if batter is too thin)
500ml milk (room temperature)
vanilla sugar
a pinch of salt
2 tbsp oil
Fillings:
1. Nutella or any chocolate spread
2. Honey and ground walnuts
Serves 7 pancakes with used pan size pf 28 inches.
TIPS FOR A SOFT AND STRETCHY CREPE:
- Use a eggs and milk in room temperature.
- Adjust batter by adding a little bit more flour. It should not be too thin or too thick.
- Use foil to just cover the crepes on a plate. This helps to keep it warm and wont let the edges to be crisp.
- Practice swirling the batter in the pan will help for a thinner crepe.
- Be creative in making any fillings that you desire. Add fruits, syrup, nuts, or powdered sugar if you like.
