Just add sparkling water to cordial to make Lemonade, my first attempt. Recipe below.
Easy - make a syrup by boiling 2 cups water & 2 cups sugar, cool & add 2 cups lemon juice

I ordered a 6Kg box of 30 lovely organic lemons from Crowdfarming - came in a week!
I'd used the lemon peel for Limoncello (to finish) wanting to use whole lemons up properly.
Add sparkling water/ice to taste. I didn't want to boil the goodness out of the lemon juice.
