The lates info I have is that fatshark will be issuing a recall once the firmware bugs are worked out, original text below:

I thought my RMRC cricket 200 had burnt out so I set out to exclude the receiver module, what I actually discovered was far more disappointing. The tested fatshark antenna diversity module is significantly worse than than the single antenna rx. The tests were conducted with all the same equipment and only the Dominator receiver modules being switched around. I'm considering this may be defective as I don't see anyone else with such poor results
