A day in the life of a Business Relationship Manager (BRMP and CBRM)
Jade Okuyiga, CBRM is a Business Relationship Manager at Allen & Overy. In this in-depth interview he shares his career journey to becoming a BRMP then CBRM. He explains how he has been involved in creating a BRM function within an organization and gives top tips and insights as to who is best suited to the role as well as how to maximise success for organizations.
According to Jade, "If BRM is doing its job really well, then only the good projects will get through" - "You can't stay still in the BRM role - You need to be constantly moving, adapting and learning"
Jade talks about the value of training and certification for those entering the role as BRMP's and developing as strategic partners - underpinned by the CBRM training and certification.
