This is the first composition I wrote for fanfare orchestra, on invtiation by the fanfare orchestra St. Caecilia from the Dutch town of America. This recording is of the wonderful live performance that the Frysk Fanfare Orchestra gave on October 31, 1999, during the Open Championship for Concert Division Bands in Kerkrade.
I hope to find the time one day to make a version of this piece for standard wind orchestra.
