According to her father Walter, who owns South Shore Surf Shop, he had Allie on a surfboard from the moment she could swim. Once she caught her first wave, she was hooked. Now Allie never misses an opportunity to surf, especially in winter when the finest waves are to be found. Fortunately, she has thick wetsuits and the heated seats and steering wheel in her Crosstrek to keep her warm.
