This co2 laser cutter machine main features are : SLW big power 500w hybrid laser cutting for metal and nonmetal, small 60w EFR laser power for engraving and with CCD. The CCD can used for 500w laser head , also can used for 60w laser head. When use the CCD with the laser head, only need change one terminal on RD controller card.
In addition, the working area is 1800x1000mm,it use RDC6334G control system with touch screen. It also has up-down table , 80mm diameter Rotary axis, with Leadshine servo motor and driver for laser XY axis. The Rotary will use Stepper motor and driver.
For this video will show cutting plywood,acrylic,stainless,carbon steel and CCD working. And teach you how does it works.
For cutting nonmetal use hybrid laser head, need use air pump or your workshop air. Don't need Oxygen. please note : when cut thick acrylic, the speed will be very slow.
For cutting metal (stainless and carbon steel), must use Oxygen.When cutting, the Oxygen will be 0.8-0.9Mpa.
For cutting use CCD , please check the video carefully and to learn how to use. Not hard. The step one by one is ok.
