On May 10th 2020 I played non-stop for 12 hours as part of Errol Kennedy's #DrumForNHS drumathon raising funds for the NHS during the first lockdown. 20 drummers played back-to-back and were live streamed for 10 days. Together we raised more than £45k. Details at www.imaginationband.co.uk

My set was made up of tracks I've recorded with all kinds of artists over the years. I played along to the original versions from my Voice of Drums studio in Sussex and the audio was mixed and streamed live for the event. This is definitely one of my favourites, a song by Joanne Hogg which I originally recorded with the band Iona in the 1990s.

The drumathon team was led by visionary Errol Kennedy (Imagination) and his wife, singer Bev Sage.
