RPG car paint booth is a full functional painting system by robotic spraying and exhaustion. Paint booth is programmable to meet with various car paint spraying needs.
In this design, paint booth is dry filtration with hepa fresh air supply device from programmed directions. Entire paint booth ground is stainless steel grilled design with well ventilation so as to maintain a clean work environment.
From booth two sides we configured robot moving guides so painting robot can move to any spraying position by programming requirement. In this setup, robot is configured with electrostatic turbo bell but can be vary depends the actual spraying requirement.
