Explosions were heard in Ukraine’s Black Sea port of Odesa early on July 21, Ukraine’s Zerkalo Nedeli news portal reported. The report said that “powerful explosions” were heard in Odesa and its surrounding areas. An air raid warning for the Odesa Region was issued amid warnings of more attacks on the southern city. Ukraine has told OSCE that Russian attacks have already destroyed 60,000 tons of grain stored in Odesa ports on July 19. Some Western-provided weapons in 2022 were stolen by criminals and arms dealers before they reached Ukrainian troops, as per a CNN report. A US Defence Department inspector general report acquired by CNN reveals a number of criminal plots to steal weapons. Ukraine will receive F-16 fighter jets before the end of the year, US National Security Council Coordinator John Kirby said.
