Cooking outdoors is a joy and a thrill that is hard to compare. But it can be a disaster if you don't plan well for it. As an Indian chef who loves camping and being outdoors, I refuse to compromise on the food I eat. I make sure I pack my kitchen with me, and that way I can take in the outdoors while doing what I love the most.
In May 2021, I took my dog Charlie and drove from Oakland California to St. Louis Missouri to spend some time with Gina's family. I packed my kitchen along with me, so that I could cook while I am away. In this video, I share my process of packing for the journey.
