Toned Arms | Tone Your Arms From Home | Intense Arm Workout
I want to show you a super effective 2-minute arm toning routine that you can do every morning that will actually tone your arms and give you more muscle definition - with ZERO equipment!
Now, even though this is only 2-minutes (which sounds like nothing)... Let me just tell you that this is TOUGH!
When I first started doing these movements, I did them at an incline (like on a chair or bench) and then progressed to the floor. I also remember only being able to get 1-2 pushups in the full 20-seconds. That's OKAY!
As you get stronger (and you will by doing this consistently), you will start seeing huge improvements in your pushups and overall strength.
As a result, you will also notice big differences in how toned and defined your arms become!
No matter what your starting point, you can do this routine. If you need to pause, then pause. The key is to make progress over time!
So even though this arm routine is short (just 2-minutes), it's very effective if you are wanting to tone your arms and shoulders! Oh and, no equipment is needed :)
So start adding this to your routine a few times per week or any time you want a little extra arm burn!
