In our next report we bring you the profile of one of the dozens of men released as part of the largest prisoner swap between Ukraine and Russian-led forces since 2014.
Vladyslav Ovcharenko burned a flag used by the separatist forces in Donbas in an occupied city. For this he was thrown in jail by the separatists. He spent over a year in prison. Last week he was released as part of the prisoner swap.
