Uganda Cranes Coach Sabestien Desabre says he has so far compiled a list of 35 Ugandan professional players from which he will announce the final list of 23 due to camp in Kampala for his assessment.
Desabre who took up the Uganda Cranes coaching mantle two months ago, says he has been following the players on television but he needs to physically assess their performance ahead of the 2019 Africa cup of Nations qualifiers.
Uganda will host Tanzania on 7th September before hosting Lesotho on 10th October at Mandela National Stadium in Namboole.
Desabre says he wants two training camps; one this month and the other in May for the foreign-based national team players in a bid to prepare for the games.
