In addition to mandatory standard tests, Kemppi carries out a lot of additional testing in product development to guarantee top quality. For example, each Kemppi welding torch undergoes a robotic bending test to ensure maximum durability. The test method has been developed by Kemppi and it is one of the toughest tests on the entire welding torch assembly. The trajectories programmed in the robot include all possible welding positions and bend the torch with 1 kg extra weight in every 40-second cycle.
