The video isn't much, but lots of possibilities for this little guy. Took apart some cell phones and am trying to figure out how to use the parts. The vibrator motor is quite easy-solder wires onto the leads and create a circuit through an Arduino digital pin set as output. This video simply has Arduino turning on the motor for 2 seconds and off for 3 seconds.
