193rd parkrun and 1st at Frickley Country

Quite the undulating parkrun, 2 steep hills to start with definitely take it out of you to start with, after that is just trying to hang on.
Managed to keep the 3rd place runner in sight and pass on the descent to the finish line

3rd placed finisher out of 45 and 1st in the 40-44 age group
