Application Under Sec 12/2 CPC - No Limitation Period - Limitation Act - 1994 SCMR 784 + 1994 CLC 1135

Where a person challenges the validity of judgement, decree or order on the plea of fraud, misrepresentation or want of jurisdiction under sec 12/2 CPC. CPC Section 12/2 has no limitation time period, he can challenge at any time.
