Fairfox EON is all set to deliver its first Tower. Speaking to Realty & More, Bhupesh Nagarkoti, Senior VP, Fairfox IT Infra said that the project’s first, Tower A, is expected to be delivered by March, 2025. Further the next one, Tower E, will be completed by the end of 2025, said Nagarkoti. The Senior VP of Fairfox IT Infra also informed that recently they have launched Tower B comprising units for retail showrooms. Tower B ground floor units are priced at Rs 34,990/sq ft, first floor units are priced at Rs 25,990/sq ft and second floor units are priced at Rs 24,990/sq ft. “The prices are very attractive and are expected to fetch goo RoI to the investors”, said Nagarkoti.
