Bre Grzych is a board certified acupuncturist and massage therapist with training in nutrition and herbal therapy. She holds a bachelors in communication from Purdue University and two Masters degrees from Midwest College of Oriental Medicine, as well as multiple certifications. Bre has extensive training in pediatrics, orthopedics, and mindfulness-based interventions, allowing her to create a true mind-body therapy that blends eastern and western medicine for all ages. Since becoming a mom herself, her focus in practice has become creating healthier families by offering therapies that are practical, integrative, and holistic. As a mom, she knows the desire to help kids achieve optimal health but also the deep need of parents to be cared for and healthy. Bre places emphasis on self-care and at home therapy to accelerate the true healing that occurs in our homes and not just in the treatment room. The co-creation of Take 3 for Me has taken her belief in self-care to the next level, blending elements of all her training to support and encourage others to take care of themselves so that they can continue to grow and become the best, healthiest version of themselves.
