The brand new Daniel Defense H9 is essentially a worked-over rebirth of the Hudson H9 pistol. After spending almost 4 years overhauling the design, Daniel Defense has perfected this low bore axis, 1911-type striker-fired pistol and resurrected it as the Daniel H9. The engineers at Daniel Defense claim that this is much more reliable than the original, legacy Hudson H9, but is that true? I seek to find out by putting 1,020 rounds through this pistol in one range session. How did it hold up? Check the video to see for yourself.
