It looks like North Korean leader Kim Jong-un will be going to Russia after all.
Citing the Kremlin,... Seoul-based Yonhap News reported this morning that... Kim is among the 20 heads of state that have confirmed their plans to attend Russia′s celebrations,… marking the 70th anniversary of victory over Nazi Germany in World War Two.
The report added, however, that the Kremlin has not yet finalized its guest list.
If the North Korean leader visits Russia,... it will be his first trip abroad since coming into power in 2011.
Russia also invited President Park Geun-hye to this event,... but she has yet to confirm her attendance.
