Juicy Tender fall of the bone slow cooked in a thick delicious gravy with carrots.
Braising is typically used for simmering tough meats for hours, but it works beautifully (and much more quickly!) with tender cuts, too. I paired lamb chops with rosemary and mint for big flavours and boy this was SOOOO FIIIRREEE!!! My secret ingredient took the recipe up 10 folds.
Served it with some creamy mash potatoes and veg. DEFINITE A MUST TRY!!!
