3 strategies this time.
STAY TUNED
SQUASH
- Effective short range attacker
CHARD GUARD
- Throws back zombies that step on him
PRIMAL PEASHOOTER
- Selected for his ability to knock zombies back
BLOVER
- Blows all airborne zombies off lawn
MOONFLOWER
- Effective low-cost sun provider
APPLE MORTAR
- Tournament plant
- Three-lane attacker that can stun zombies
INITIAL LAYOUT
Squash region
Useful to plant Squash against zombies that storm
beyond your Chard Guard wall.
Chard Guard region
Depending on the number of Primal Peashooters you're able to plant, you can extend Chard Guard's region backward (C6) or forward (C8).
Primal Peashooter region
Replace Moonflowers with Primal Peashooters when you're satisfied with the amount of sun you've produced.
Moonflower region
If your plants cost too much to match this layout, plant Moonflower
then use the rest of your sun to plant Chard Guard.
TIPS
- A freezing wind tends to blow on R4 (second row from the bottom of the screen). After the first blast, you may want to uproot a few of your plants that are closer to home so that you can plant Squash there and destroy zombies that get too close.
- Use plant food on your Chard Guard after planting Blover. This will blow away zombies in the 2-3 columns right in front of him. You can also use plant food on Chard Guard when he has lost all his leaves. This will restore him but don't forget to combine the plant food effect with Blover.
- You can also drag and drop plant food on seed packets to refresh them immediately if you've completed Wild West - Day 20.
- Plant Blover as often as you can to make the most of your Primal Peashooters' knock back ability.
