If you turn this feature on, then TikTok will use less cellular data when you are not connected to Wi-Fi and, consequently, videos may appear in a lower resolution or can take a little bit longer time to load.
Follow these steps and you will figure out how you can do it:
1. Go to your TikTok profile tab and hit the three dots icon in the upper-right corner of the screen.
2. After that scroll down until you see the Data Saver section and click to open it.
3. Now toggle the slider to the right side in order to turn this feature on.
