There was a time when computer effects were mainly used for spectacle -- like the dinosaurs in Jurassic Park or huge explosions in action films -- but they have evolved to the point where they can even realistically alter an actor’s appearance.

If an actor doesn’t want to do a nude scene, it’s no problem at all, as computers can do all the work for them, and if a role requires an actor to look younger than they actually are, that can be taken care of digitally.
