In this video I’m walking through the equipment and gear that I carried on my trips in Norway. The video is more of a reminder for my self so that I know for next trip, what I carried, what I used end what I don’t used. Hopefully it will help me to pack smarter on my next trip so I can carry less and lighter equipment.
If you have any advice or thoughts about my luggage please let me know in the comments below.
Things that I’m wondering about for my next trip is.
Is it worth to carry the foldable chair. It’s takes up a lot of space and also add weight to the luggage, I used it a couple of time, but it can only be used if the weather is good. If its raining I can’t use it and if its to much mosquitos its not that comfy to sit outside the tent.
My pants/trousers that I use at the campsite. They also take up space and add weight. When I had my old riding pants they were necessary but in my new pants that are better ventilated and mor breathable, maybe they are not necessary any more. Though it can be really nice to have a couple of thinner lighter pants when moving around in the camp att the end of the day.
On my first trip I carried three large power banks. One 15000 mAh and two 20000 mAh. I also had two smaller 7200 mAh banks. They all weighs a lot but when sleeping I tent sits hard to recharge phones and the Battery to the GoPros and so on. I thing I can handle four nights in tent on my two larger power bank and one of the smaller. But if I hade a better way to recharge my power banks while riding I might be able to handle it with one. The optimal should be to be able tor recharge the same amount of mAh from my bike that I need for recharging my phones and batteries than I don’t have to stay in cabins if I don’t want to do it for other reason.
