Garlic Oil Noodles w Chicken ကြက်သားဆီချက်ခေါက်ဆွဲ(Burmese/Myanmar Cuisine)
This noodle style is my Mom's favourite noodles. She loves fried garlic, so the main taste, flavour, and fragrance of these noodles are fried garlic and garlic oil. You can see as Chinese noodles which they include chilli oil too as a cold or hot dish. Yes of course, if you see the egg noodles are from Chinese Cuisine, this noodle dish is also you can find in the area where Burmese-Chinese people live but this is the Burmese version so this is in the Burmese Cuisine list. This dish has a light taste as chicken is also just boiled, and egg noodles also do not mix with strong ingredients, so this is just simple comfort food. Let's get started.

INGREDIENTS:
*For 2 portions
240g noodles for 2 portions
200g chicken breast & wings
few ginger-sliced
few garlic-pressed
1tbsp soy sauce
15cloves garlic-chopped
½cup spring onion-cut
1tbsp white pepper
salt to taste
1tsp MSG (optional)
2tbsp cooking oil
*hand full of love-don't skip it :)
*(served with sliced onion with chilli-garlic sauce and simple chicken soup with spring onions & white pepper)
