This is a very easy and delicious recipe that is usually eaten during fasting. This is made using Sama rice also called Moraiyo or Bhagar or Barnyard millet in other languages.
Ingredients:
Moraiyo/Bhagar/Sama Rice/Barnyard Millet - 1 cup
Sabudana - 1 tbsp
Green chilies - 2
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Salt - 1 tsp
Peanut powder - 1/2 cup
Cilantro - 1/2 cup
Ghee - for roasting
