Campaigning in Racine, Wis., on Wednesday, Republican VP nominee Paul Ryan hit back at Vice President Joe Biden, who earlier in the day attacked the GOP ticket for promulgating an "outrageous lie" about Chrysler and GM shipping jobs to China. Ryan argued President Obama's auto industry bailout was not the "unqualified success story" he and Biden are "touting" on the trail.
