The South African Communist Party has voiced reservations about the Section 89 independent panel report, saying it contains “glaring flaws”.
Meanwhile, President Cyril Ramaphosa plans to challenge it in a legal review in the Constitutional Court.
The ANC is set to hold an NEC meeting over the report, finding Ramaphosa “may” have a case to answer, on Monday.
