We checked out a famous beef noodle shop since 1963!
📍Yongkang Beef Noodles, Taipei, Taiwan.

The line was packed out the door with LOCALS! Which is aways a good sign.

They don't speak much English which also means it's gonna be good.

Spicy Beef noodle. 8.00$
Tender beef, chewy noodles and spicy broth. Large portion size.

Minced beef with noodles. 6.00$
Tender noodles, thick gravy with meat. Add the chilies.

Cold eggplant with garlic. 3.00$

Overall this was a bit more expensive than in our neighborhood BUT the flavor and quality was outstanding.
