Pasembur is consisting of cucumber, turnip, potatoes, beancurd, bean sprouts, prawn fritters, spicy fried crab, fried octopus or other seafood and served with a sweet and spicy nut sauce.
It is also known as India Rojak in another part of Malaysia.
