This is my Italian families meatball recipe and if you’ve ever been so lucky to eat them with us, you will hear them be introduced as our 100 year old family recipe. It’s one of our signature dishes. Over time, my mum has tinkered with the recipe and has finally settled on what she, and I, believe to be the best way to make meatballs. You can serve them on their own in a rich tomato and basil sauce, with some spaghetti or turn them into a delicious meatball sub with a homemade pesto.
