I think my personal favorite NPC in this one is the phone merchant. Not only does he have enticing dialogue options, but he also offers a side quest that yields an iPhone enchanted with “Lesser Data Plan of Straight Talk Wireless”. Regarding the Sloads, I would recommend taking the same approach as this player. Film from a distance, lest you find your snacks and trinkets fallen victim to the Sload’s quick and agile fingers.
