Texas Instruments LM5164-Q1 Synchronous Buck DC/DC Converters are AEC-Q100 qualified and have a wide input voltage range minimizing the need for external surge suppression. The regulators can operate from a 6V to 100V input and have a minimum controllable on-time of 50ns.
